Information for Session/Workshop chairs and authors.


What to do when your paper is in the following states:


Tentatively accepted, subject to revision:

- Please, upload a pdf version of your paper based on the reviews/comments by reviewers and session chair.
- Please, include an extra file explaining in a clear way the answers and changes done in the paper based on the chairs´ and reviewers´ comments.
- Note: Papers must be prepared according to the AICS style template http://www.springer.com/series/4240 and should ideally not exceed 10 pages, including figures and bibliography.
- IMPORTANT: Final version submission: 7th July, 2012

 

Note: if authors do not follow these instructions, session chairs may again click the option:

  • Due to the fact that some changes or comments have not been properly addressed, etc

Accepted, awaiting source files:

- PLEASE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS 100% IN ORDER TO AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS. 

- please, upload a rar file including the following files:

IMPORTANT: Source files & copyright form submission: 9th July, 2012

  1. Create a rar file, named by the article id.  (rar extension). Example:  ICEUTE12-GT-2193.rar
  2. Inside this rar file:
    1. Copyright file, named CRid, where id is the article id. (pdf extension). Example: CRICEUTE12-GT-2193.pdf
    2. Article source code, depending on the format:
      1. WORD >> This file must be named by article id. (docx extension). Example: ICEUTE12-GT-2193.docx
      2. LATEX >> Create a folder named: LATEXid, where id is the article id. Example: LATEXICEUTE12-GT-2193
        Inside this folder must be the following files:
        • Source code, named by article id. (tex extension). Example: ICEUTE12-GT-2193.tex
        • All figures, tables,… (could be inside a folder). Example: fig1.eps
        • Springer class file “llncs.cls”
        • Bibliography file and bibliography file style(if there is any)
    3. Article in pdf, named by article id. (pdf extension). Example: ICEUTE12-GT-2193.pdf
    4. Proof of payment, named:  payid, where id is the article id. (pdf extension). Example: payICEUTE12-GT-2193.pdf
