Paper Submission & Publication
CISIS 2013 proceedings are to be published by Springer as Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing Series, indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP. Ulrich's, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, Zentralblatt Math, MetaPress, Springerlink, among others.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. All contributions must be original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period. Accepted papers will be included in CISIS 2013 Proceedings that will be published by Springer Verlag.
Papers should not exceed 10 pages and must comply with the format of AISC Series (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website. Templates are available for the following systems: Word 2007 Template, Word 2003 Template, LaTeX Template).

All papers for CISIS 2013 must be initially submitted in electronic form (PDF format) using the online submission system.
Instructions for Authors
If you are an author willing to get your paper published in CISIS 2013 Proceedings, you must strictly follow these instructions:
- Submit the initial version of your paper (PDF format) through the online submission system by 10th May, 2013. Papers should not exceed 10 pages and must comply with the given template .
- Once your paper has been reviewed (by 30th May, 2013), if it has been tentatively accepted, you have to review your paper taking full account of the reviewers' comments. You must follow these instructions.
- When your paper has been definitely accepted, follow these instructions.
- Authors of accepted papers must register before 19th July, 2013. Payment proofs must be received by this date.
